How yo will create impact:

As Senior Manager or Director, yo will be leading or conslting projects in this specialist area

Alongside project delivery,yo will have the opportnity to be involved in bsiness developmentactivities, working alongside sector colleages

Once flly on-boarded, yowill be managing one to two project teams and handling client relationshipsnder the gidance of Partners and/or Senior Directors

Yo will be creating content and assisting in client acqisition and retention, to help contine the growth of or FS practice across commercial banking

Yo will be sharing yor specialist knowledge with or early career hires, developing them as professionals and spporting them to develop FS sector exposre and knowledge

Yor profile:

Sbstantial work experience in conslting or in-hose prodct/commercial strategy roles in Banking, Payments or WealthManagement

+ years of leading and managing teams alongside senior stakeholder relationships, inclding cltivating trsted client relationships

Experience in managing conslting projects concrrently

Proven track record of assisting impactfl bsiness development activities

Exceptional project management skills and motivation to bild and spport high performing teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Entreprenerial, criosand with a commitment to delivering for clients

Otstanding commnication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling

A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment

Strong interest and experience in commercially focsed growth topics

Ability to develop and deliver new thoght leadership in collaboration with peers in the Financial Services practice
