Finance Lead (Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week)

We're looking for an experienced Finance Lead to join a growing creative agency, taking ownership of day-to-day finance while providing commercial insight to support better business decisions.

This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with the leadership and wider agency teams to ensure accurate reporting, improve commercial performance and support business growth.

What you'll be doing

Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Managing forecasting, budgeting and cashflow.

Overseeing invoicing, payroll and day-to-day finance.

Monitoring project profitability, margins and revenue.

Providing commercial analysis and insight to support decision-making.

Working with operational and creative teams to improve performance.

Maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.

Improving finance processes, systems and reporting.

About you

You'll ideally have:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.

At least two years' post-qualified experience.

Experience within a marketing, creative or professional services environment.

Strong Xero and Excel skills.

A commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.

A proactive, organised approach and the confidence to work independently.

Team leader Orbit experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

The role

Part-time – 20 hours per week.

Flexible working pattern (4 or 5 days).

Minimum two days per week in the office.
