How you'll make an impact



In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalised insurance advice. You'll build strong, lasting relationships, conduct regular reviews, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. You'll also generate new business through networking, referrals, and partnerships. Representing Gallagher in the market, you'll ensure clients receive the highest standard of service while contributing to the growth of our Woking office.




About you



Here's what you'll bring to the role:

• Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client relationships is essential.


• Confidence in meeting clients and partners face-to-face.


• A proactive and commercially minded approach.


• The ability to explain complex insurance matters in simple terms.


• A desire to grow your career and contribute to a thriving team.

Experience with private clients, high-net-worth (HNW) accounts, Acturis, or CII qualifications would be a bonus, but we're more interested in your drive and ability to make an impact.
