Adam Watson, National Head of Real Estate, leads a growing practice with a particular focus on industrial and logistics development and investment work. Adam advises developers, investors and occupiers on a range of high-value acquisitions, disposals, development projects and asset management matters. Supported by a strong and collaborative wider Real Estate team, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Bristol practice.



As the team continues to expand, we are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with strong commercial real estate experience and a genuine interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work.




About the role



The team is continuing to grow and is looking to recruit an Associate with 2-5 years' PQE gained within a strong commercial real estate practice.



You will work closely with Adam Watson & other Partners on a broad range of matters, with a particular emphasis on industrial and logistics development and investment transactions. The role will also include wider commercial development, landlord and tenant and asset management work.
