Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of email and marketing automation campaigns across European and global markets, with a focus on German-speaking audiences.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Adobe Campaign, overseeing campaign setup, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Compliance, and Sales teams to develop and execute automated customer journeys.
• Ensure campaigns meet regulatory, data privacy, and brand requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Support ongoing optimisation of marketing automation processes and customer experience initiatives.
• Collaborate on the adoption and enhancement of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) where applicable.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English.
• Proven experience in marketing automation, CRM, or campaign management.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign (essential).
• Experience building and executing email, nurture, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Experience working within financial services or another regulated environment is advantageous.

Desirable

• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Previous experience within asset management, wealth management, banking, or broader financial services.
• Experience working in a global organisation.
