What You'll Do:

1. Embed security directly into platforms, infrastructure, and engineering workflows.
2. Secure CI/CD pipelines and software supply chains through artifact signing, dependency controls, SBOMs, and runner isolation.
3. Design scalable IAM solutions for humans, services, workloads, and AI agents.
4. Operate and expand centralized secrets management using HashiCorp Vault.
5. Develop Python-based security tooling, API integrations, and automation frameworks.
6. Investigate and resolve software supply chain security incidents.
7. Drive complex, multi-team security initiatives across diverse technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing secure-by-default infrastructure and platform capabilities.
2. Strengthening authentication, authorization, credential lifecycle, access controls, and auditability.
3. Integrating identity solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
4. Improving software supply chain resilience across development and deployment pipelines.
5. Automating repetitive security processes and measuring their operational impact.
6. Building tools that other engineering teams can readily adopt.
7. Participating in follow-the-sun incident response and security investigations.
8. Leading large-scale engineering changes involving multiple teams and technologies.

About You:

1. Strong experience across platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security engineering.
2. Demonstrable expertise in CI/CD and software supply chain security.
3. Experience with platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, or Argo.
4. Practical IAM design experience involving authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access scoping.
5. Exposure to on-premises identity technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, or on-premises identity infrastructure.
6. Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, or Keycloak.
7. Strong Python or similar scripting and automation capabilities.
8. Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault or centralized secrets management.
9. Able to demonstrate measurable outcomes from security automation projects.
10. Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption across engineering teams.
11. Able to provide specific examples of tools, projects, environments, and security improvements—not simply a list of skills.
