About the role



You will join our Corporate and M&A team and support the practice across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions - ranging from private and public M&A to complex joint ventures, strategic alliances, and private equity investments - while also advising on corporate structures, governance matters and management incentive plans.




About you



You are a dynamic, proactive and motivated professional with:

• A degree in Law

• 4-6 years of experience in Corporate/ M&A within a Luxembourg law firm

• Fully qualified in Luxembourg law and admitted to the Luxembourg bar (list I or list IV)


• Fluent in English and French; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is considered an asset


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team


• A quick learning capacity combined with a strong drive for excellence
