A Financial Services organisation requires a Level 2 IT Support Analyst for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, based in their Melbourne CBD office. Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:
- Providing level 2 IT support to ~280 employees.
- Performing technical support for cloud, servers, network and hardware.
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Acting as an escalation point for junior members of the IT team.
- Contributing to cyber awareness training and managing internal phishing campaigns.
- Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Prior experience in providing level 2 end-user IT support in a corporate setting.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Intune / SCCM, AVD / Citrix, PowerShell scripting and Network troubleshooting.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working in a Financial Services organisation is highly regarded.
