Your Role

• Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining Function's documentation to ensure our operational workflows are perfectly aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Organize and maintain Audit Governance structure by gathering data and structuring documentation so that our Function processes are continuously audit-proof.
• Act as a supportive bridge between the Function departments and other teams. Help track the progress of cross-functional projects/requests and communicating effectively to all related parties.
• Support the Function in preparing high-level decks, reports, and operational excellence briefings for senior management.

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• First experience in project management or audit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in German is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems, break them down, and propose logical solutions.
• Familiarity with banking processes or a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, supporting the bank's AI-native strategy journey.
• A proactive, open mindset with the willingness to jump into different topics and teams as priorities shift
