WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will coordinate internal and external appointments at the highest management level
• You will proactively anticipate and manage the Partners' calendars
• You will plan and book travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management
• You will independently handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in German and English
• You will organize and coordinate internal meetings and events, as well as external conferences
• You will process expense reports

ABOUT YOU

• You are currently enrolled as a student
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• You are proficient in MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You take responsibility seriously and hold yourself to above-average quality standards
• You communicate confidently and present yourself with assurance
• You interact with clients at the executive level with impeccable professionalism
• You are available to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• You are available full-time during semester breaks
• You are flexible, proactive, and resilient
• You are a true team player
