Job Description



As a Process Documentation Intern, you will contribute to improving the quality, clarity, and

consistency of internal documentation. Working closely with subject-matter experts, you will help

document how processes and tools operate in practice and support the standardization of operational

practices within the team.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to real operational processes in an international environment

and is ideal for a student interested in process analysis, documentation, and operational excellence.

• Review existing documentation related to processes, procedures, and tools within the P&C
  Operations team


• Work with subject-matter experts to understand how processes operate in practice


• Document processes, procedures, and tools in a clear, structured, and consistent way


• Maintain and organize documentation in shared repositories (e.g. SharePoint)


• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of operational documentation

Qualifications



Qualifications:



Currently enrolled in a 2nd year (or above) of an Engineering or Business schoolStrong interest in processes, documentation, and structured ways of working

• Ability to capture, structure, and formalize information clearly and accurately

• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and translating discussions into clear written

documentation

• Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several documentation topics in parallel

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - all documentation and discussions are conducted in

English
