SymphonyAI - Financial Services is seeking a driven Sales Account Executive , based in DACH , to manage new and existing accounts and accelerate growth across our innovative enterprise AI SaaS solutions. This is a unique opportunity to advance your career at a global technology leader, building relationships and closing complex deals valued at $1m+ ARR with some of the most forward-thinking financial organisations.

Job Description

As a Sales Account Executive , you will play a pivotal role in expanding SymphonyAI Financial Services' footprint in the market. You will be responsible for developing and managing both new business opportunities and existing customer relationships, driving sales of our AI-driven solutions, and closing high-value contracts. Your deep financial services expertise and experience with large, complex deals will help you to deliver demonstrable value to clients and to SymphonyAI.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business: Proactively drive new business development by identifying and targeting prospective financial services clients for SymphonyAI's enterprise AI SaaS solutions.
  • Manage existing accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and discovering opportunities for upsell and expansion.
  • Close large, complex deals: Lead and negotiate strategic sales engagements with deal sizes exceeding $1m ARR, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Consultative selling: Understand client business drivers and challenges, positioning SymphonyAI solutions to deliver measurable business value and transformation.
  • Forecast and pipeline management: Maintain accurate forecasts and robust pipelines, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings, develop tailored proposals, and ensure successful implementation of sold solutions.
  • Market intelligence: Keep current with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, feeding insights back into sales strategy.
  • Sales reporting: Track activities, progress, and results using CRM systems and deliver regular updates to management.

What You'll Bring
  • Full professional proficiency in German (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience selling enterprise software or technology solutions to the Financial Services sector, with a strong track record in both new and existing account management.
  • Demonstrable experience closing individual deals valued at $1m+ ARR.
  • Excellent understanding of financial services market needs, industry trends, and business drivers.
  • Skilled in consultative, value-based selling with advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong organisational, pipeline management, and forecasting abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field.
