Aufgaben

Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the SAP CRM environment
Implement new functionalities and optimize existing applications using ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
Provide technical expertise during solution design and implementation activities
Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Support the stability, performance, and long-term maintainability of SAP-based business applications
Contribute to the integration of SAP systems within a broader enterprise landscape
Participate in troubleshooting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Profil

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline, completed IT vocational training, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
Hands-on experience in SAP application development with a strong focus on ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
Practical exposure to SAP environments and business applications; professionals across different seniority levels are welcome
Strong understanding of SAP CRM processes, data structures, and SAP standard functionalities
Experience working with integrated business processes, interfaces, and complex system landscapes
Ability to analyze requirements and deliver sustainable, business-oriented technical solutions
Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are beneficial
Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
