In this role, you will support the head of department as well as our globally operating Underwriting team as a team assistant, acting as a central hub for office communication and travel management. You will work closely with the assistants within our department.




You can look forward to

• Coordinate the Head of Department's calendar, including the preparation of sophisticated correspondence in German and English


• Organise travel management and plan business trips and visits


• Plan and coordinate conferences and other events


• Manage appointments, meeting notes and contacts in our CRM tool


• Prepare presentations and support the team in the design of marketing materials

You come equipped with

• Several years of professional experience, ideally as a team assistant and/or in travel management


• Completed commercial training or a university degree with a comparable focus


• Strong affinity for modern digital media, communication, and collaboration tools, including very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)


• At least proficient user skills in both English and German


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, plan and prioritize tasks in a structured manner and adapt flexibly to changing situations and requirements
