Job Description

Providing operational support to ensure smooth execution of financial processes and transactions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Assisting in the preparation and review of reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitoring regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Supporting the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
Communicating effectively with Korean-speaking clients and stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
Conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
Maintaining accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

The Successful Applicant

Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
A solid understanding of operational processes within the banking and financial services industry.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
