Finance Technology and Data Transformation

• Technology Program Management is responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery oversight of Finance Technology initiatives, including intake coordination, delivery planning, cross-team dependency management, milestone tracking, and governance reporting to support controlled and timely execution. It also provides strategic enablement across Strategy, Portfolio Management, Investment Planning, and Technology Program Delivery, overseeing execution of key Finance Technology programs such as Fast Forward, Guardian, Finance Moderbuzatuib, Olympus, and Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Support process transformation by leveraging AI tools to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and drive greater efficiency across Finance Technology initiatives.
• Maintain and manage key project artifacts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Support program management activities by helping track project milestones, maintain status updates, coordinate follow-ups, and prepare clear reporting materials for stakeholders.
• Operate in an Agile environment, supporting ceremonies and promoting iterative delivery.
• Foster strong partnerships across Finance, Technology, and other business areas to ensure seamless execution and shared success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Analytics
• Strong understanding of Finance systems, processes, and dependencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
