Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate special project operations. Preparing reports, presentations, and data
Organizing documents and reports, and tracking progress.
Coordinate and communicate with different departments and project stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement solutions.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management. Manage project resources and ensure all resources are used efficiently.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.
Provide administrative support to Senior Management as needed.
Meeting preparation and follow-up: prepare agendas for leadership meetings, take minutes and ensure follow-up and action items.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a project administrator or similar role. ,
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and think critically in dynamic environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail.
