Reporting to Senior Manager, Partnership Distribution Training this position is responsible to manage as well as coordinate training and development activities at CIMB Niaga Channel Sumatera Region in partnership distribution

• Conduct A-Z basic training for all new sales forces, starting from delivery, reporting and advanced programs (extended) for rookie agents
• Carry out initiatives that can support business growth, especially in terms of activity, productivity & leads conversion rate
• Design and create a sales leader development program
• Responsible for managing special projects on the channel concerned
• Design and create training materials as needed
• Monitor and report several important parameters / Business matrix like Rookie agent activation, Sales productivity, Active ratio, Lead conversion rate, Training points & participant rate
