Responsibilities




Your Role:



The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working within a regulated financial services environment where accuracy and confidentiality are essential. You will provide general assistance to the legal department with respect to the following:




Document and File Management

• Maintain and organise legal files, ensuring accurate version control of agreements and correspondence


• Maintain the execution workflow for agreements and ancillary documents, including circulating execution copies, collecting executed pages from all parties and liaising with external counsel


• Update and maintain precedent and template libraries under the direction of the legal team.


• Track outstanding matters and maintain action logs and status records.
  
  
  
  
  
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects might arise from time to time.
  
  

Legal Administrative Support

• Prepare draft correspondence and standard form documents for review by the legal team

Coordination and Communication

• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to progress documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
  
  • Coordinate with divisional contacts across Luxembourg, Dublin, London, and Malta mandates as directed.

• Manage incoming legal correspondence and ensure appropriate filing and distribution
.




Qualifications




About You:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Law or a paralegal qualification paired with a couple of years of work experience as a paralegal;


• Organized individual who is able to multitask and who has strong attention to detail;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Eager to learn new skills.
