About the role
You will be part of a dedicated team and will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:
Representing creditors and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies and private companies in financing transactions;
Contributing to a broad range of banking and finance matters, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated transactions, mezzanine and subordinated debt facilities, asset-based financings, acquisition, recapitalization, and other leveraged financings across a variety of industries;
Documenting, structuring, negotiating and closing commercial finance transactions; and
Helping build relationships with clients.

About you
You are a dynamic, proactive and motivated professional with:

- Master's degree in civil law
- 2-3 years of legal experience in commercial lending transactions within the Banking and Finance department of a recognized law firm in Luxembourg
- Qualified in Luxembourg law
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in any other language is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Quick learner with a strong drive for excellence
- Solution-oriented approach
