What the day will look like

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in helping teams turn strategy into results. Working across functions, you will bring people together around shared priorities, create clarity in complex environments, and help ensure programs deliver meaningful value for the business.

• Lead strategic programs that support key business priorities and long-term goals.
• Work closely with collaborators to agree on expectations, navigate complexity, and build momentum across multiple initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across teams, helping colleagues manage dependencies, address challenges, and stay focused on desired outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions and decision-making forums that encourage transparency, accountability, and informed choices.
• Support the successful delivery of program outcomes by finding opportunities, addressing risks, and enabling teams to achieve their goals.
• Share clear updates on progress, outcomes, and business value with a range of collaborators.
• Look for ways to simplify processes, improve ways of working, and enhance the experience of teams delivering change.
• Support and develop project managers by sharing knowledge, encouraging continuous learning, and promoting best practices.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience leading complex programs, business transformation initiatives, or strategic change in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and bring together people with different perspectives to achieve shared goals.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• A thoughtful and analytical approach to solving problems, making decisions, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. Relevant certifications are welcomed but not required.
