Your role

Are you interested in process improvement, automation and Artificial Intelligence? Do you enjoy solving problems and turning ideas into practical solutions? Would you like to gain hands-on experience in a global environment while working on activities that improve the way procurement processes operate?
• Participate in activities focused on automation and enhancement of procurement-related processes
• Support the development and testing of AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, user experience and reporting capabilities
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and optimization
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses, reports and insights related to procurement platforms and user support activities
• Review, update and improve process documentation
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions and recommendations

Your team

You'll be working in the Procurement Operations Team in Krakow. We are a team of specialists responsible for supporting procurement platforms and users, and helping improve procurement processes across the organization.
As an intern, you will be supported by experienced team members who will help you understand procurement processes and develop other skills needed to successfully deliver your internship tasks. The internship is designed to provide structured learning, practical experience and exposure to modern technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and process automation solutions.

Your expertise

• Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies and applying new solutions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formatting, sorting and filtering of information
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation and process improvement
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and practical experience in using Copilot or similar tools; practical experience in using AI agents will be additional advantage
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders
