Job Overview

• As the go-to person you will manage and elevate Anext Bank Enterprise Data Infra, Business Datamart and E2E data pipeline - the foundation and source-of-truth for bank wide Analytical, AI, Model and Reporting dependency.

• Among the rapid growth of the bank product setup and frequent system process enhancement, you are expected to lead the team to pro-actively assess and address the relevant impact concurrently to maintain high accuracy and accountability of the bank central data source.

• Embed and internalize the Bank business sense into the data architecture, enable the database to bridge the gap between technical system design and business-driven syntax to enable seamless interpretation and integration for downstream data consumption.

• Following bank data policy and MAS data management guideline, lead and drive bank wide data quality initiative, lead data engineers and system developer in delivering E2E data quality management framework and respective functions.

Job Scope:

• Own the bank data platform and its reliability.

• Own the bank data quality control framework and issue monitor & mitigation SOP.

• Contribute to the bank futuristic data strategy and data capability vision.

• Lead the database elevation design based on in-depth understand of bank business strategy and data compliance requirement.

• Provide leadership to drive synergy cross SG data PD team and CN data engineering team.

• Drive data adoption among bank business functions through high quality and low consumption cost data source.

• Centralize and gatekeep on bank wide uniform understanding of respective key data definition.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

• 8+ years in enterprise data or data platform leadership, preferably in banking or regulated financial services

• Good understanding of data management and related disciplines, such as data management lifecycle, data architecture, data quality and metadata

• Excellent project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders across the Bank and to navigate through conflicts with ease

• Demonstrated ability in driving teams and initiatives independently

• Excellent written / oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills

• Analytical and results-oriented mindset equipped to deal with ambiguous problem statements and make insightful assumptions
