Your new role
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will operate across both presales and delivery, helping clients define technology strategies, shape solutions, and drive successful project outcomes. This role is ideal for architects who enjoy working directly with clients, influencing solution direction, and maintaining technical involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery workshops and engage stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Shape solution approaches, architecture strategies, and technical roadmaps for enterprise initiatives.
• Support presales activities including solution proposals, technical presentations, bid responses, and proof-of-concepts.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient application architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Drive application modernisation and digital transformation programmes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout solution delivery.
• Work closely with engineering teams to validate architecture decisions and ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

Job Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven experience across presales, solutioning, architecture, and project delivery.
• Strong background in modern application architecture, enterprise integration, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging directly with clients, leading workshops, presenting solutions, and supporting proposal development.
• Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders while influencing architecture and delivery decisions.
• Hands-on technical background with the ability to guide engineering teams and validate solution approaches.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, AI, cybersecurity, data platforms, or enterprise systems would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
