This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for leading the Group-wide Learning & Organizational Development strategy for a prominent market leader.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and implement leadership development, succession and capability frameworks to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
2. Drive a learning culture and growth mindset, supported by organizational effectiveness, change management and culture initiatives.
3. Transform the learning ecosystem through AI, analytics, digital learning and innovative learning technologies.
4. Build career and learning pathways to support internal mobility and frontline-to-leadership progression.
5. Manage strategic learning vendors, institutions and external partnerships, including contracts, performance and ROI.
6. Lead and develop a high-performing L&OD team while partnering closely with the broader HR team.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Degree qualified with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Organisation Development, ideally within a large, complex, or matrixed organization.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style.
3. Proven track record in digital transformation of learning and leveraging AI, analytics and technology to enhance L&D.
4. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, stakeholder management and people leadership skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
