About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedWealth Solutions Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Wealth Solutions Consultants.

This leadership role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in banking, wealth management, financial advisory, or sales team leadership. You will play a key role in driving team performance, developing talent, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development
  1. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Wealth Solutions Consultants.
  2. Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.
  3. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new consultants.
  4. Foster a high-performance and collaborative team culture.

Business Growth
  1. Drive team sales performance and achievement of business targets.
  2. Develop strategies to expand client acquisition and retention.
  3. Monitor pipeline activity and provide guidance on business development opportunities.
  4. Ensure consistent delivery of quality financial advisory services.

Client Advisory
  1. Provide guidance on complex wealth management cases.
  2. Support consultants in delivering holistic financial planning solutions.
  3. Build relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

What We're Looking For

  1. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  2. Minimum qualification of:
  3. Diploma from a Local Polytechnic or equivalent;OR
  4. GCE 'A' Levels; OR
  5. Bachelor’s degree in any field
  6. CMFAS/HI/M9/M9A/RES5 Required
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Self-motivated with a desire to build a successful career
  9. Banking, wealth management, financial advisory, or insurance industry experience.
  10. Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales/advisory team.
  11. Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
  12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  13. Proven track record of achieving business targets.
