The opportunity



As an Assistant Manager at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:

• Own and manage a client portfolio with minimal support from senior staff


• Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets


• Foster enduring client relationships


• Develop and inspire our smarter people plan

Day to day duties

• Manage a portfolio of clients where your experience of P11ds, IHT and personal tax compliance


• Deal with ad hoc duties as they arise You will have strong experience of working within practice and have exposure to the essential elements of client service and delivery


• You will be keen to develop further and continue your professional development.


• Lead, manage, motivate and coach other members of the team so supervisory experience would be a distinct advantage. You will be working with a great team of like-minded colleagues all focused on supporting each other to perform at their best

What are we looking for?

• CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified


• Our clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage


• Previous personal/private client Tax or Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential


• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation
