The Role:
Responsibility to develop and oversee marketing and communications programmes to support the delivery of BPCE ES UK's business objectives and support the drive for business growth through effective marketing initiatives for its 4 key sales areas.
These will be targeted and prioritised in line with the business' strategic plans to agreed external audiences and introducer / broker partners and dealer customers.
The role will manage external communication channels such as the company website, advertising, media relations and social activities and is intended to promote the brand image and create, build and maintain a positive profile with our external stakeholders and wider UK marketplace.
Engagement activities with our Introducers are intended to build and maintain positive relationships with our introducer partners. Activities will include the preparation and execution of communications such as service updates, helpful business information and financial promotions as well as promotional communications to promote new products or support sales opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Corporate
- Work with the head of marketing and communications to develop a messaging hierarchy to support the vision statement ' The trusted partner, making equipment finance easy'. This will provide clear message statements for both corporate and sales level use.
- Work with the head of marketing to develop marketing and communication programmes (scopes of work) for 5 sales areas and customer experience to support their objectives.
- Work with the head of marketing and communications to develop brand awareness of the new BPCE Equipment Solutions UK brand and ensure the Brand Book guidance on the application of the visual brand across the business in line with corporate guidelines to ensure the UK business maximises its opportunities to promote the BPCE ES brand in a consistent way.
- Prepare the annual external communications budget, ensuring it aligns to and supports the business priorities.
External comms
- Oversee the execution of external marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, email, and traditional marketing to establish closer connections with target audiences and for them to achieve a better understanding of the service offering.
- Create and execute public relations and media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, which support business objectives and measure the success achieved
- Develop relationships with media outlets / publications / associations to gain an understanding of opportunities available to the business for media and PR campaigns as part of the external communications programme
- Prepare different written communication such as news posts, articles, case studies, and other formats as agreed working closely with business and sales SME's.
- Create and manage LinkedIn / social campaigns for the business and its sales areas as well as monitor usage for brand compliance providing guidance where required.
- Work closely with the events role to ensure branding, external comms and social activities are planned and executed within each event plan.
- Create communication materials that enable sales to promote our products and services as well as any other materials they may require.
- Build relationships with the BPCE ES central Paris team and Groupe BPCE, to ensure processes are complied with where appropriate, and external comms opportunities are aligned with group activity.
- Oversee UK website development, management and maintenance with key corporate and local stakeholders and utilize to support the communications programme.
Introducer comms
- Working with the Head of Customer Experience and Heads of Sales, to support the preparation and delivery of communications to our introducers.
- Working with the events coordinator, oversee the database management process to ensure an efficient delivery of comms
- Work with sales and compliance to prepare financial promotions on behalf of introducer partners as required.
Profil et compétences requises
Required skills: • B2B marketing and communications experience • Understanding and management of integrated communications approach • Ability to influence and demonstrate expertise with stakeholders to ensure the appropriate comms activities are agreed and progressed to support objectives. • Excellent written skills with the understanding and ability to prepare different communications formats. • Experience of presenting, promoting and repurposing content to achieve maximum engagement • Experience of social communications and application within a b2b environment • Ability to forward plan and proactively drive agreed 12-month annual programmes • Ability to demonstrate service excellence with key stakeholders • Project management experience with a problem-solving mind set • Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities ensuring key stakeholders are clear on any changes to their activity deadlines
