The Role:



We are seeking an experienced and ambitious **Financial Advisor** to join our dynamic London team. This role offers a competitive base salary of £80,000 - £100,000, with bonus potential once 3x validation is achieved. You will have access to an abundance of leads, allowing you to focus on client acquisition and providing high-quality advice.



You will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering financial planning advice, and helping clients meet their wealth management goals. Our comprehensive support includes further training and clear career progression, enabling you to grow both professionally and financially within our organization.



Key Responsibilities:



- Provide holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to clients.



- Manage and grow your client portfolio, with access to a steady stream of qualified leads.



- Build long-term client relationships, offering tailored solutions that meet their individual needs.



- Collaborate with the wider advisory team and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.



- Attend regular training to stay ahead of industry developments and advance your skills.

Requirements:



- Must hold a **Level 4 Financial Planning Qualification** (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent).



- Proven track record as a Financial Advisor, with experience in client acquisition and management.



- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, pensions, and tax planning.



- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.



- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
