As part of our GenAI team, you'll play a key role in delivering, deploying, and monitoring AI and GenAI solutions that support our Claims Operations and Transformation teams. You'll develop innovative GenAI applications aligned with our strategy - empowering our operations with data-driven decisions that drive efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading GenAI delivery team within General Insurance and help shape the future of intelligent solutions at Aviva. If you're ready to make a difference and work on transformative projects, we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for professionals who are:

• Proficient in the latest GenAI practices, including prompt engineering and RAG systems, with an awareness of emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
• Experienced in working with open-source agentic libraries like LangChain and LangGraph, and in building robust OOP Python applications and library code.
• Possess proven expertise in developing and deploying web-based applications using frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of backend APIs and scalable architecture design.
• Are knowledgeable in containerization and deployment through DevOps pipelines.
• Have familiarity with UI frameworks such as React and TypeScript (advantageous but not essential)
