We're launching our U.S. offline payments channel, starting with SMB merchants in personal care (nail salons, spas) and auto repair services-two industries ready for modern, flexible, and global ready payment experiences. This is your chance to shape Antom's U.S. market entry and bring a world class payments ecosystem-card acceptance, terminals, and Alipay+ mobile wallets-to underserved SMBs.

You'll be the face of Antom in the field, the voice of the merchant inside the company, and the catalyst for our U.S. growth story.

What You Will Do

Drive Merchant Acquisition

• Travel within your territory to introduce Antom's offline payments and terminal solutions to SMB merchants.

• Proactively source leads, build your pipeline, and convert merchants through a full end to end sales cycle.

• Conduct discovery, demos, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation with small business owners.

Act as a Strategic Consultant

• Tailor payment solutions that help nail salons, spas, and auto repair shops operate more efficiently and grow revenue.

• Educate merchants on Antom's U.S. card acceptance, smart terminals, and global mobile wallet capabilities.

Build and Lead Referral Partnerships

• Develop and manage strategic referral relationships with:

• Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs)

• Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)

• Centers of Influence (COIs) such as local business associations, equipment suppliers, and community networks

• Create partner enablement strategies that drive consistent lead flow and merchant adoption.

• Represent Antom at partner events, trade shows, and local business gatherings.

Collaborate and Influence

• Work cross functionally with product, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding.

• Provide market intelligence and merchant feedback to shape Antom's U.S. product roadmap.

Own Your Targets

• Meet and exceed monthly merchant acquisition, activation, and revenue goals.

• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.

Job Requirement

What You Need to Have

• Experience in a quota driven, self sourced sales environment.

• Demonstrated success in cold calling, prospecting, and building your own pipeline.

• Strong communication and relationship building skills with SMB owners.

• Ability to thrive in a fast moving, startup like launch environment.

• High School Diploma or GED. Relevant collegiate degree preferred.

What Would Be Great to Have

• 3+ years of experience in payments, POS, merchant services, or SMB sales.

• Experience selling into personal care or auto service verticals.

• Experience developing referral partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, or COIs.

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.

• Proven ability to design strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue.

The OTE of this position is around $180,000 - $300,000 consisting of base plus uncapped sales commission.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salary for the position across our US office locations. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
