We are working with a leading proprietary trading firm that is seeking to hire an experienced HFT Trader to join a growing team focused on NSE Options trading.

The firm operates systematic strategies across multiple asset classes and is investing heavily in its next generation of high-frequency trading infrastructure. This role provides the opportunity to work at the forefront of Indian options markets while collaborating directly with trading, research, and engineering teams.

• Research, develop, and deploy high-frequency trading strategies across NSE Options
• Contribute to the development and calibration of the firm's HFT trading platform
• Partner with engineering teams to improve execution quality, market data handling, and latency
• Optimise strategy performance through continuous monitoring and refinement
• Build scalable frameworks and strategy libraries that can support expansion into additional products and markets
• Apply market microstructure insights to enhance execution and trading outcomes

• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying HFT strategies within second-to-millisecond time horizons
• Deep understanding of Indian options markets and NSE market microstructure
• Strong knowledge of options pricing, order book dynamics, liquidity behaviour, and flow toxicity
• Experience with execution optimisation, including queue positioning and adverse selection analysis
• Strong risk management and position management capabilities
• Programming ability in Python, C++, Rust, or similar languages
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with researchers and engineers
