What you'll do
In this key role, you'll act as the HR subject matter expert for the Customer and Operations business, partnering with leaders to deliver people plans that support business strategy and organisational performance. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and Centres of Expertise, you'll provide expert advice and people solutions that help deliver business priorities.

- Partnering with the Senior HR Business Partner and business leadership team, you'll help shape and deliver HR people plans that reflects business priorities and supports strategic objectives
- You'll provide leaders with expert advice, insight and challenge to support people plans, workforce decisions and long-term strategy
- Take on an influential role within a collaborative team that's passionate about delivering great outcomes for our business, colleagues and customers
- Our team operates within a hybrid working model so you'll work from home some of the time, coming into the office at least 2 days per week to collaborate closely with your colleagues
What you'll do
In this key role, you'll act as the HR subject matter expert for the Customer and Operations business, partnering with leaders to deliver people plans that support business strategy and organisational performance. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and Centres of Expertise, you'll provide expert advice and people solutions that help deliver business priorities.
Your work will focus on:
- Contributing to both HR and business strategy as a member of the relevant leadership teams
- Using people data and insights to identify trends, recommend actions and improve colleague engagement
- Managing service delivery through agreed operating models and appropriate HR channels
- Providing leaders with expert advice, diagnostic insight and decision support, particularly on organisation design, culture, talent, succession, reward, capability and workforce planning
