Your role

We're looking for a Client Associate to:



• keep management systems up-to-date with client information

• educate clients on account services and capabilities

• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials

• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team



You'll be working as part of a Wealth Management Team based in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in servicing clients and supporting the business.




Your expertise



• ideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector

• Bachelor degree preferred

• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information



The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - Maryland - Baltimore min USD 55000 - max USD 65000 /annum



The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
