Job Description

Job Purpose:

• Lead the execution of marketing and communication initiatives to support FAB Asset Management's retail and institutional sales objectives
• Enhance brand visibility and awareness through consistent messaging, campaign management, and digital presence in alignment with Group brand standards
• Coordinate product marketing, collateral development, and client communication, ensuring alignment with investment and distribution teams
• Support events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives that position FAB AM as a leading regional asset manager and trusted investment partner
• Live and demonstrate the FAB AM values

Key Accountabilities:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and financial communication
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear and engaging marketing content
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across internal teams and external vendors
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills with attention to brand and compliance standards
• Ensure marketing materials and client communications comply with CMA and ADGM regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Group Corporate Communications and Legal for brand alignment and content approvals
• Maintain marketing budget tracking and ensure efficient use of resources
• Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen FAB AM's identity and culture
• Contribute to periodic management reports and dashboards summarizing marketing activity
