We're partnering with a well-established Managed Service Provider that has been delivering exceptional IT solutions to Australian businesses for more than 30 years. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a customer-focused Systems Engineer who has MSP experience to their collaborative Melbourne team.

The Role

You will primarily provide support and deliver projects to a range of client's Microsoft environments.
More specific duties are highlighted below:

• Provide support both remotely and onsite for managed service clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
• Support server, network and infrastructure environments.
• Visit key client sites regularly to provide technical support and build relationships (car and drivers' licence are needed)
• Contribute to and deliver infrastructure and cloud projects.

Your Profile

You'll enjoy working directly with customers and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
You will bring:

• Previous experience working within an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) - mandatory.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows and hybrid environments.
• Exposure to networking, servers and endpoint support.
• Knowledge of IT security solutions and best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, customer-first approach.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
