The Role

Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, operational needs and technical delivery, you'll translate real business problems into practical AI solutions, rapidly building proof-of-concepts and guiding the best ideas through to production. You'll be the bridge between stakeholders and technology, turning opportunity into impact. This role will be sitting in the Contact Centre team and will be solely responsible for the AI solutions in contact centre / interaction management use cases for the business. Liaising with multiple stakeholders internally, you will be required to gather requirements, contextualise the ideas and tailor a high-quality AI solution for the business. You will be a part of a close-knit AI team that has been newly formed hence the successful professional will have an exciting role.

Your Profile

Technical

• Hands-on experience developing solutions with Generative AI and LLMs, including agentic workflows and AI-powered automation.
• Prior experience with Contact Centre or Interaction Management use cases would be highly desirable
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Proficiency with Python, low-code AI platforms and cloud AI services.
• Sound understanding of AI governance, security and privacy
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the credibility to engage executives, operational teams, SMEs and technical specialists alike.
• Strong consulting, workshop facilitation and business analysis capabilities.
• A proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
