Operational & Customer Assessment: Evaluate structural and operational changes from the customer and business partner perspectives, ensuring compliance with local insurance regulations and consent frameworks.

Regulatory Alignment: Identify potential operational bottlenecks or regulatory constraints to ensure seamless execution aligned with local delivery timelines.

Project Governance: Lead overall project steering, structuring restructuring plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging local entity representatives.

Cross-Border Implementation: Drive the regional implementation of core group initiatives, including a enterprise project management system, HR core platform, and customer/partner web portals.

Matrix Liaison & Escalation: Act as the central liaison between Global/Group PMOs, Regional Leadership, and local market teams to ensure alignment, track milestones, and manage governance escalations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Secure buy-in from senior executives and regional business units across the entire project lifecycle.

Experience Level: 6 to 10 years of proven experience in project management, business transformation, or management consulting, with a strong emphasis on cross-border initiatives across APAC.

Industry Background: Solid exposure to Insurance, Financial Services, or Consultancy (FSI Practice) is highly preferred. Experience in B2B2C or partner distribution models is an asset.

Executive Presence & Governance: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex matters clearly to C-level stakeholders, manage conflicting priorities, drive decision-making frameworks, and mitigate project risks.

Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) are required for effective stakeholder management across East Asian markets.
