How yo will create an impact:

Yo spport the central collaboration platform for knowledge exchange as prodct owner

In this role, yo collaborate closely with the IT service owner and are the key contact for the platform vendor

Yor responsibilities inclde ownership of the platform roadmap, reqirements and stakeholder management and continos improvement across search, navigation and sability

Yo spport or sers with general KM navigation and fnctionality and train sers.

Yo identify and prioritize AI and atomation se cases

With spport from the Data & AI team, yo configre and scale agentic AI workflows

Yo spport in the evalation of soltions sch as the KM chatbot from experimentation throgh adaption

Yo spport AI governance and provide the right indicators to enable content and process governance by creating and maintaining KPI dashboards for the department[KS1][ER]

Yo keep p to date with indstry knowledge of relevant technologies and implement indstry and secrity best practices when deploying soltions.

Yo take responsibility for nderstanding and pholding knowledge management principles and processes.

Yor profile:

Bachelor's degree in bsiness administration, bsiness informatics or knowledge management, any crrent indstry certifications are a pls.

Practical experience in the field of knowledge management, experience in setting p and/or frther developing knowledge management strctres on an international basis is an advantage.

Yo have a keen interest in the entire knowledge management process, inclding its implementation.

Analytical thinking and the ability to qickly get to grips with new topics and tasks sit yo. Yo have a core nderstanding and interest in conslting project work.

Yo are enthsiastic abot developing new processes to improve the daily work of the bsiness and therefore yo are open to learn new technologies and tools.

In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other the Microsoft 365 environment is reqired.

Knowledge of technologies sch as the Power Platform (especially Power Atomate), ChatGPT, Azre AI and the creation of technical docmentation is an advantage.

Experience with the development and governance of agentic AI tools in knowledge management is a pls

Basic web development skills sch as HTML5, CSS and JSON complete yor profile - bt a not a mst.

Yo have good written and verbal commnication skills in bsiness English.

Yo have a strong team spirit, show initiative, and like to take responsibility.

Yor way of working is well-strctred, and yo have a reliable self- and time management.
