Product Management & Delivery Frameworks: Experienced in applying structured product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, dual-track delivery, outcome-based road mapping) in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Operational Reporting & Insights Enablement: Familiar with setting up robust operational reporting frameworks, including reconciliation, audit, and exception handling use cases.
Collaborative Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and facilitating decision-making with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Applies structured approaches (e.g., A3 thinking, root cause analysis, DACI/RAPID) to resolve blockers and drive clarity.
